How to make it easy for players?

1. Nexs/Cosmic City Account Creation

Operators can create the account for players.

Players -> Add Player
You can enter random Email, DOB & Phone Number.

Then, Just give them Nexs/Cosmic City Username and Password.

2. Game Account Creation

If Customers already have Game account (FK,JW) with us , then we can just manually add them as player in Nexs Agent Account.

Click Games -> Add Player (Make sure Players already have game account on gaming website)
You just need to add Username & their Password
You can Topup when you receive payments in CA

3. Redeem & Withdraw

When players asked to cashout, Operators can go to Topup -> Enter Amount -> Withdraw. ->This will take out the credits from Players Nexs Account

Then, we can send that to Customers cashpp.

This Process will makes thing easier and faster for player at first. Later we will ask them to follow the flow on thier end.

Customers Game Account: Games like FK,JW,GV website and customers game account inside it.
