It simply means adding balance to customers NEXS account. For now, we are manually adding credits to customers NEXS account, once we get the deposit in our cashapp.

Customer Nexs Account
Recharge:
Robot will do it. Once customers have balance in their NEXS customer account, they can simply click recharge to recharge their favourite games. It will take 20-30sec to recharge.
Customers should have an account First to appear this feature!
(MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS HAVE VEGAS SWEEPS ACCOUNT IN BOTH NEXS AGENT BACKEND AND GAME AGENT BACKEND AS WELL)

Redeem:
If customers want to redeem credit from their game account, they can again press redeem button to send request on Nexs Agent Beckend. First, redeem credit from customer game account and approve the redeem request on Nexs Agent backend. In addition, if customers directly wants their all winnings on cashapp, you can proceed to No. 4 for customers easiness.
Click Arrow sign to login Game Account Backend -> redeem in Game account first
Then come back to NEXS and Either APPROVE it or REJECT it
Withdraw:
It simply means cash out to customers Cashapp. To make it easy for customers when customers ask for withdraw, operators can go to chat -> customer portfolio and withdraw points.
